• All holders of ONO tokens (earned as rewards or purchased as an investment) are entitled to participate in onocoy’s governance

• Voting rights depend on ONO holdings, with guardrails in place to avoid dominance by any individual stakeholder

Abiding to these principles of transparent, open governance is a prerequisite for existing network operators or correction service providers to join in creating a shared infrastructure.
